Swiss chard is a hearty green that can be cooked in about the same time as spinach.
Coconut oil or olive oil, 2 tablespoons Red onion, half, sliced Swiss chard, any variety, 1 bunch (about a pound) Salt and pepper Balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon
Heat the oil in a saute pan. Add the onion and cook until the onion is soft, about 4 minutes. Add the chard and salt and pepper. Cover and cook for 6 minutes. Add vinegar and stir and serve. Makes 4 servings.
