Cabbage, 1 cup, grated Celery, 2 or 3 stalks, chopped Olives, 5 o 6, chopped Radishes, 4 or 5, sliced Sour cream, 1/4 cup
Mix all together in a bowel with the sour cream. Add more sour cream if needed, to your taste. Salt if needed. Place on a plate with romaine lettuce. Serves 1.
