Green beans, 6 or 7 raw, chopped Asparagus, 4 or 5 raw, chopped Cucumber, 1/2 large with skin, chopped Celery, 2 or 3 stalks, chopped Carrots, 2 whole, grated Apricot, one, sliced
Mix all together in a bowel, except the apricot slices, with a quarter cup of Hollandaise sauce. Put lettuce leaves on a plate and place the mixture on top of the lettuce. Top with sliced apricot. Serves 1.
