Spring salad #2

For tips on preparing vegetables for the salad, see the section about salads. The following is a single serving.


Spring lettuce greens, 1 5oz package
Carrots, 1 or 2 large grated
Avocado, 1 whole sliced
Hard boiled eggs, 1 to 3


In a bowl, layer the lettuce, then carrots, avocado and eggs. Add a dressing like the lemon cream. Serves 1.
