Lamb chops

Shoulder chops are not only the cheapest, they are also the tastiest.


Lamb chops, two that are 3/4 to 1 inch thick
Butter, 2 tablespoons


Heat a saute pan on high heat for 2 minutes. Add the butter. In a minute or when the butter has melted, place the chops in the pan. Cook for 4 minutes and then turn. Cook for 4 minutes or until desired doneness. Makes two servings.
