1 green cabbage, about 2 lbs. 1/2 cup vinaigrette dressing
Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage. Wash and cut in half, then remove the core. Shred the cabbage with a knife or food processor, as you would for cole slaw. Put the shredded cabbage in a bowl and cover with boiling water. Let it sit for 10 minutes, then drain and squeeze out the remaining water. Stir in the vinaigrette dressing and serve.
