Lettuce, 1/2 head, chopped Spinach, 8 leaves, chopped Watercress, 3 or 4 sprigs, whole Cucumber, 1/2 large with skin, sliced Dill, 1 tablespoon, minced Sour cream, 1/4 cup
Layer lettuce, spinach and watercress on a plate. Mix cucumber and sour cream in a bowl, then put the mixture on the top and sprinkle with the dill. Serves 1.
