Lemon cream dressing

Lemon cream is a basic dressing that can be put on salads, cooked vegetables, even some meat dishes. ‘

Ingredients

1/2 cup heavy cream
1 lemon
salt

Instructions

Juice the lemon and add it and the salt into a mixing bowl and stir with a fork until combined. Add cream and gently stir until silky.

Sour cream can be substituted for the heavy cream. Add 2 tablespoons of water.

  1. If I put the lemon in a bowl with the salt and try to stir them together, the lemon just rolls around ^_^ Did you mean the juice of one lemon?
