Artichoke pate

Serve this with crudites such as celery, carrot and cucumber spears. You can use all mayonnaise or all cream cheese in this recipe, rather than half of each.

Ingredients

1 14 oz. can artichoke hearts in water, drained

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup cream cheese

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
