Cabbage, 1/2 cup, finely chopped Carrot, half Celery, one stalk Spinach, 3 or 4 leaves Avocado, half, sliced Peach, one, sliced egg, 1 to 3 hard boiled
Arrange in layers, starting with the lettuce. Garnish with watercress and top with mayonnaise and the sliced hard-boiled eggs. Serves 1.
